Cancel at any time from your billing page, or directly in your PayPal account under automatic payments. There is no notice period, no contract term, and no exit fee. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
If you're between projects, pause instead. Billing stops until you resume and your slot is held. Pause and resume from your billing page.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period already started, since capacity is reserved for you for that month. The period you have paid for runs to its end and you may keep submitting requests until it does.
Two exceptions. If no work has been delivered and no request has been started, a full refund is available within 7 days of the charge. If I terminate the engagement without cause, the unused portion is refunded pro rata.
Fixed-scope projects are quoted with a payment schedule agreed in writing before work begins. Amounts covering work already delivered are non-refundable. Any deposit for work not yet started is refundable in full if you cancel before that stage begins.
Delivered work that does not match the agreed brief will be corrected at no charge. Report it within 14 days of delivery. Changes to the brief itself are handled as a new request rather than a refund.
Refunded in full on request. Email me rather than opening a PayPal dispute — it's faster.
