Terms of Service

Last updated: August 09, 2026

1. Who you're contracting with

RunicDevs is a sole proprietorship operated by Chiranjeev Singh, Delhi, India ("RunicDevs", "I", "me"). By subscribing or commissioning work you ("Client") agree to these terms.

2. Services

RunicDevs provides software development delivered on a subscription or fixed-scope basis. Standard subscribers may have one active request at a time. A request is a scoped unit of work — a feature, page, integration, or fix. Larger builds are split into sequential requests.

3. Turnaround

Stated turnaround times are targets, not guarantees. Most scoped tasks ship in approximately 72 hours. Complexity, unclear briefs, delayed feedback, and third-party dependencies affect delivery. No refund is owed for a missed target.

4. Fees and billing

The Standard plan is USD 1,300 per month, billed in advance through PayPal on a recurring basis until paused or cancelled. Premium and Custom engagements are invoiced separately on agreed terms. All prices exclude taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any withholding tax, import duty, or reverse-charge VAT applicable where you are established.

5. Pause and cancellation

You may pause or cancel at any time from your billing page or directly through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period runs to its end and is not refunded. Pausing suspends billing until you resume. Work in progress at the time of cancellation is delivered in its then-current state.

6. Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to repositories, credentials, designs, and decisions required to complete requests. Requests blocked on your input remain open and do not extend or pause your billing period. You confirm you have the right to grant access to any systems or materials you provide.

7. Intellectual property

On receipt of payment for the period in which it was delivered, ownership of custom code written for you transfers to you. RunicDevs retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and generic components, and grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of the delivered work. Third-party open-source dependencies remain under their own licences.

8. Confidentiality and portfolio use

Client information marked or reasonably understood as confidential will not be disclosed. A separate NDA can be signed on request. Unless you tell me otherwise in writing, I may reference that we worked together and show non-confidential visual work in my portfolio. White-label clients are excluded from this by default.

9. Acceptable use

I will not build systems whose primary purpose is fraud, malware, harassment, scraping in breach of a platform's terms, or anything unlawful in India or your jurisdiction. I may decline a request on these grounds and cancel your subscription with a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

10. Warranties and liability

Work is provided as-is, without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Defects in delivered code reported within 14 days will be fixed at no charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.

11. Termination by RunicDevs

I may end an engagement with 14 days' notice, or immediately for non-payment, abuse, or breach of clause 9. Where I terminate without cause, the unused portion of the current period is refunded pro rata.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes take effect for existing subscribers at the start of the next billing period. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
