The problem
Sending an invoice is easy. Getting paid across providers is not. Every payment processor settles differently, reports differently and fails differently — and a business that switches providers should not have to switch invoicing tools.
Delivery is the second half of the problem. Invoices sent from a platform domain land in spam. Invoices sent from the business's own inbox do not.
What I built
- Invoice generation and expense tracking with automated or manual dispatch
- Multi-provider payment routing across Razorpay and Square, with payment links generated on the client's behalf
- Gmail account linking and custom SMTP, so invoices send from the business's own address
- Team management and role-based access
- Subscription billing via Dodo Payments
The result
Live since August 2025 and in active development.
